2024 Logo Project

Through my Graphic Design Internship in the Office of Chapel & Pastoral Care at APU, I was prompted to create a new logo to be used for  APU's Chapel teams for the 2024-2025 school year. Scroll to see the process!

2. Development Phase

For this next phase, my superiors selected a few designs that seemed best for the project out of my sketches. From there, I made revisions and alterations to the selected designs so that there was a variety of options for final revisions and the next stage, .

3. Finalizing Phase

For this final phase, my superiors selected a final design to use for the project out of my revisions. After selection, I used mockups and various styles of t-shirts to develop possible options for the University Chapel’s themed t-shirt of the year.

Final Design

Here is the final design of the 2024 APU Chapel T-Shirt! I gained great experience with this project on how to communicate with clients. The process of creating, communicating, deciding, revising, finalizing, and more taught me so much about a career in graphic design!

3. Finalizing Phase

  1. Sketching Phase

For this part, I was given the Bible verse Psalm 97:5, and the theme “mountains melt” or “mountains move“, I created a variety of logo sketches. This allowed me to gain experience on working with clients. I was able to formulate several options and try out what worked best.
